Data processed by the site
IKKI.lu has no user accounts, booking system or contact form. The hosting server may process technical data required to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, response code and user agent. If you voluntarily email us, the information in your message is processed so the request can be read and answered.
Google AdSense and advertising
IKKI.lu uses Google AdSense, an advertising service provided by Google. Depending on region, user choices and advertising configuration, Google and its partners may process online identifiers, browser or device information, IP address and data related to ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Cookies or other local storage may be used where permitted by applicable rules and the user’s consent choices.
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the site is intended to use a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework. Users can consent, refuse or manage available purposes and partners in the consent message and can later change their choices through the privacy controls provided with that message.

Google Analytics
Google Analytics is not installed in this build. No GA4 measurement ID has been added and IKKI.lu does not load a Google Analytics script.

- Site operation and security: delivery, abuse prevention and technical diagnostics; legitimate interests where this basis applies.
- Email correspondence: handling a request voluntarily sent by the user.
- Advertising: ad delivery, measurement, frequency capping, fraud prevention and, where the user consents, ad personalisation according to choices collected through the CMP.
Recipients and transfers
Technical data may be processed by the hosting provider. In connection with AdSense, Google and advertising providers permitted by the user’s consent choices may receive or process data. Some processing may involve transfers outside the EEA under the legal mechanisms used by the relevant providers.
Retention
Technical logs are retained according to the production host configuration and only for as long as required for operation, security and diagnostics. Retention relating to Google AdSense, cookies and advertising identifiers depends on purpose, consent choices and the settings of the relevant providers.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and, depending on the legal basis, object to processing. Requests concerning IKKI.lu can be sent to info@ikki.lu. You may also lodge a complaint with Luxembourg’s National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD).
